Q Do you have a minimum order?
A Yes, 10 small bags of rock salt

Q Does the price include delivery?
A Yes, the price you see is a delivered price including VAT

Q Do you deliver Saturdays?
A Yes, although Saturdays incur a £25 sur charge, so many of our customers choose a Friday delivery.

Q Can I specify a time?
A You can specify A.M or P.M for an extra £10.00, this is over 98% successful

Q Does the price include VAT?
A Prices quoted are always fully inclusive delivered prices so there are no nasty hidden extras.

Q How much notice do I need to give for delivery?
A As long as your order is received before 2P.M. one day you can have delivery the next, we don't deliver on Sundays or Monday's.

Q Do you deliver to where I live?
A We cover the whole country! Simply select the postcode where you want the delivery.

Q How much is delivery?
A The delivery charge is calculated by quantity, variety of turf, weight and the delivery postcode? The price you see includes delivery.

Q Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
A The confirmation email is your invoice and receipt.

Q How is the Rock Salt delivered?
A The delivery is kerb side, using a tail lift offload.

Q Do I have to be home when the delivery is made?
A It can be arranged for the delivery to be left without a signature, we would need prior notice of this.

Q What do I do with the pallet?
A Unfortunately the haulier doesn't re-collect the pallets, so we ask our customers to dispose of the pallet safely.

Q Is Rock Salt safe?
A Rock Salt is unlikely to cause harmful effect under normal conditions of handling and use

Q How do I use the product?
A If snow or ice is forecast, spread evenly over the area to be de-iced. This can be repeated as necessary. Rock salt can also be applied directly on top to melt snow and ice.
