"Ordered and paid extra for the salt to be delivered between 8.00am and 1.00pm on Friday 1st.December and had two members of staff stay at the shop to unload. However salt hadn't arrived by 3.00pm so we called you and you contacted the driver who said he would be another hour or so. This wasn't any good to us as we close at 3.00pm, that's why we paid the extra for am delivery. Salt was delivered on the following Monday without any mishaps and are pleased with the packaging and product. Had 5kg bags delivered but your web site wont let me put this size down on the review."
